Development of preliminary designs and 3D vizualizations

The purpose of the service is one idea to be represented in a virtual 3D model and 2D dispositions as there are observed general requirements and standards.
The service helps to be seen different visual and geometric combinations as well as approximate values of a total built-up area.

3D vizualization of buildings appears a process of three-dimensional modelling of objects from plans, sections and facades. After the objects are modelled, the geometry is textured with the respective textures of the particular materials. Illumination is simulated with indicators, close to the real ones. A background is created and additional elements are put as to be re-created the real situation to a maximum extent.
